Originally from Sutton West, ON (Northern GTA) Bennister grew up and formed many bands over the years. The most mentionables being The Demos & Technicalknockout both of which played a good number of shows around the GTA every month and The Demos gone on tour twice. In 2012 after disbanding Technicalknockout, Bennister decided to go off and do his own thing using the songs he owned 100% of the rights to from TKO and reimaging them into the way he saw them and writing new songs as well over the years. In December 2012 before moving out to New Brunswick Bennister released the Bennister EP and went on a 2 year live performance hiatus only appearing for charity shows. Now residing in Shediac Cape, NB  Bennister is working on an LP release.

 

Bennister is also the great nephew of Canadian Drummer Paul Case known as a member of the Blue Echoes, Canadian Beadles & Mojo Men.
